How do I start planning an event with Eventco?

Simply contact us via our request form, email, or phone. We’ll schedule a consultation to understand your vision, timeline, and preferences, and then prepare a tailored proposal.

Do you only work with large events?

Not at all. We handle everything from private dinners and small gatherings to large-scale celebrations and corporate functions — always with the same attention to detail.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, ideally 2–6 months in advance. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, depending on availability.

Do you offer catering even if you’re not managing the entire event?

Yes. Our catering services can be booked independently or as part of a full event planning package. Menus are designed in collaboration with our Executive Chef, Kevin Korn, to match your event’s tone and style.

Can I customize the menu?

Absolutely. All our menus are tailored to your preferences, theme, and dietary needs. We specialize in creating unique culinary experiences for each event.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We regularly provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and allergen-conscious options. Let us know your requirements during the planning process.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

A deposit is required to confirm your event. Cancellation terms vary depending on the timing and scope of the event — full details are included in your proposal and contract.

Do you work with other vendors or only your own?

We work with a trusted network of partners but are happy to collaborate with vendors of your choice, provided they meet our quality and coordination standards.

Can you help with permits, insurance, or venue regulations?

Yes. We can guide you through all necessary logistics, including permits, insurance requirements, and working with your venue’s rules. Our team handles the details so you don’t have to.

Is furniture rental available?

We are currently working on publishing our full furniture rental offering. While the full launch may take some time, we already have a curated selection available. If you require specific furniture for your event, feel free to contact us — we’ll gladly provide a catalogue with the pieces currently available for rental.
